Premium Components

Top-quality components provide uniform sound and wide dispersion that's perfect for projecting music and paging in large buildings with high, open ceilings. This pendant speaker has a two-way design, dual voltage support for 70V/100V with 8-ohm bypass, polypropylene woofer with rubber surround, and a silk dome tweeter with neodymium magnet. Outstanding driver voicing is combined with a 1st order crossover for sound clarity beyond expectations, while a computer-optimized, low-turbulence tube port provides improved low-frequency response.

Smart Engineering

This pendant features a built-in handle for easier carrying. The screw terminal comes pre-installed on the speaker - not in some baggie you forgot about back at ground level. Lastly, the included Gripple cable mounting kit greatly simplifies the hanging process - just throw the 10' cable over the ceiling grid and insert it into the spring-loaded connector - no tools required. Plus, the cap on top of the speaker can be easily held out of the way during install by hanging it on the Gripple using the holder feature.

Speaker Cap

A convenient magnetic cap on top of the speaker allows for a clean install and gives you the ability to mount the speaker lower and hide the messy connection points on the top of the speaker out of sight. The cap can even hang on the Gripple to get it out of the way during your install. Note: This speaker comes with one Gripple cable but can be used with more than one if needed.

Tool-Less Tap Settings

Our tap adjustment is on the top - not hidden behind the grille - so it's easily accessible. Plus, its "handy" tool-free design means you don't need any tools to adjust it. Available settings are 3.75W, 7.5W, 15W, 30W, and 60W taps, plus an option for 8-ohm bypass.

UL Listed, Plenum Rated

This commercial speaker is UL listed, as well as plenum rated. It's approved for use above ceilings in air handling and plenum locations - and has passed the stringent standards needed to get the UL stamp of approval.

Lifetime Limited Warranty

This Episode product has a Lifetime Limited Warranty. This warranty includes parts and labor repairs on all components found to be defective in material or workmanship under normal conditions of use. This warranty shall not apply to products which have been abused, modified or disassembled. Products to be repaired under this warranty must be returned to SnapAV or a designated service center with prior notification and an assigned return authorization number (RA).
