Episode Impression in-ceiling speakers allow dealers to work side-by-side with interior designers to provide excellent total-home sound. These 4 Inch speakers utilize a small footprint to deliver amazing audio that's built on three scientific principles: low distortion, wide dispersion, and flat-frequency response to provide a tremendously lifelike distributed audio system that blends right in. Plus, they only require a 4 Inch hole for mounting, allowing you to easily work within the aesthetic demands of your customer. And for ultimate flexibility, the Impression Series offers numerous custom configurations using our 6-1/2 Inch bandpass subwoofer to fit the specific needs of your customer - all of which can be run from only two channels of a standard amplifier or AV receiver. Plus, it's available 2.1 and 4.1 kits for easy shopping.

Design-Focused Audio

The Impression series focuses on scientific sound with an eye for design, allowing interior designers and custom integrators to achieve their goals within the space while meeting the customers' needs. With a minimalistic look that features a subtle bezel-less grille, the 4-inch Impression speaker delivers incredibly full sound in a small package. Plus, it uses a 5-inch grille, which matches modern 5-inch light fixtures for the ultimate aesthetic. Square and round grille options are both included with the speaker.

Powerful Episode Performance

The Impression Series pumps out clean and accurate sound by adhering to Episode's three philosophies for superior audio: low distortion, wide dispersion, and flat frequency response. Ribbed surrounds on the woofer create linear cone movement and cleaner, tighter bass.

Elliptical Tweeter Pods

Elliptical tweeter pods are vented in the back to drop the resonance frequency of the tweeter, allowing the system to be crossed over for greater dispersion and less distortion. The lower the crossover, the less work the woofer has to do to play higher in the frequency band, providing greater spatiality when listening to music.

Easy Integration

Episode Impression Series speakers provide a minimal-opening solution, requiring only a standard 4" hole saw for installation. And for added convenience, these speakers feature a high-pass switch for easy configuration and an increased screw-thread pitch in the included hardware for a quick install. Square and round bezel-less grilles are included.

Pre-Construction Backbox and Bracket Kit (Sold Separately)

Our backbox and bracket kit is made specifically to support our Impression Series satellite speaker to make integration a breeze. The bracket features a unique quick-connect design and raised mud ring for quick and easy installation. The backbox reduces sound propagation to adjacent rooms while providing a smoother, more predictable performance.

Note: pre-construction bracket is required when using this backbox.

Lifetime Limited Warranty

This Episode product has a Lifetime Limited Warranty. This warranty includes parts and labor repairs on all components found to be defective in material or workmanship under normal conditions of use. This warranty shall not apply to products which have been abused, modified or disassembled. Products to be repaired under this warranty must be returned to SnapAV or a designated service center with prior notification and an assigned return authorization number (RA).
