FEATURES
Increased Performance
A preconstruction back box will give a subwoofer a defined air volume for an improved and more consistent audio performance. A vinyl-wrapped MDF enclosure reduces both resonance of the subwoofer and noise transmission to adjacent rooms and the included foam pads eliminate resonance even further. Plus, adding a subwoofer is known to improve a customer's overall satisfaction with their sound system.
Pre-Wired
This enclosure is pre-wired for use with an Episode Signature Free Air Subwoofer.
Easy Wiring
A terminal cup on the outside of the enclosure allows for easy wiring before sheetrock is installed, while internal wiring within the enclosure allows for easy wiring of the subwoofer after sheetrock is added.
Adaptable
This enclosure is compatible with all existing 8 Inch Episode grilles, which are available in round, square, bezel, bezel-less and black options.
Wall Accommodation
This enclosure fits in a standard 2 x 6 Inch hidden stud bay and can accommodate sheetrock thicknesses from single 1/2 Inch to dual 5/4 Inch for a flush install that won't take up valuable space. The enclosure can span up to 24 Inch between joists with included expansion arms and arms also allow for side-to-side adjustment.
Easy Install
