Megapixel Resolution Requires Megabit Speed: Recording 2MP cameras is like drinking from a fire hose. They send out a lot of data! To handle all that data, this NVR has plenty of horsepower under the hood - with the ability to record 16 full 4Mbps streams (1080HD) at the same time.

Advanced Compression: Commercial customers monitoring cash registers may want higher quality with an archive of only a couple days, while a residential customer may want to monitor a vacation home with normal resolution - BUT with an extended recording time of a couple weeks. These different applications call for different recording resolutions and frame rates to maximize the system's performance and meet the needs of the customer. This NVR combines the latest H.264 compression algorithm with D1, Half-D1, and CIF resolutions and customizable frame rate settings - all to deliver the highest quality images while reducing network bandwidth and storage requirements.

Get What You Pay For: When you buy a 16-channel NVR, shouldn't it support 16 cameras? Some of our competitors don't think so. They only enable one NVR channel out of the box, and then require you to pay for a license for each of the remaining ones - a process that complicates quoting and slows down installations. Our IP installer utility takes the pain out of this process by "sniffing" out all Wirepath IP cameras, NVRs and encoders. Just click a discovered camera or encoder to view its live video for quick identification, then easily configure its IP configuration details.

Intuitive User Interface: A clean, streamlined user interface makes it easy for customers to monitor IP surveillance cameras right from their computer. Just create a desktop shortcut or add a Favorite to provide one-click access to individual cameras. It doesn't get easier than that!

Remote Access
